Roman Vasilev UX

Product designer with 6+ years of experience designing complex, data-heavy systems and scalable product ecosystems across startups and enterprise teams. My focus is design systems, token architecture, and product strategy — turning intricate workflows into clear, usable interfaces.

Selected work

Most recently at Tokens Studio, I designed the web app and plugin UI and worked on the design system — component libraries, variants, states, and token architecture — used by designers building their own systems. I also led the iF Design Award-winning UXP Smart City concept end-to-end, covering UX, UI, 3D, and motion.

Focus

AI-native products, founding and early-stage product design at startups, and complex enterprise systems — from smart-city and energy platforms to branding, motion, and AI-assisted prototyping.

Availability

Based in Astana, Kazakhstan — open to remote work and relocation.
