This is just to inform you that I thought I had paid My CSD sub on 10th March. My memory is that I did it through the CSD Memb

ers portal.

However, I received my Mastercard Statement this morning and the payment went to a computer firm in the midlands:-

Complex Systems Direct – The same initials as you…………..CSD

They process payments through ‘Handepay’………..not Worldpay

They say that they have refunded me but I don’t yet have confirmation

1) I’m alerting you to this and

2) I want to pay my retired subscription again but wonder whether I can do this by phone, in case the same thing happens again
