What is the difference between CEP Accreditation and CEP Recognition?
Accreditation confirms full compliance with CSD’s educational standards at UK Level 6+ or equivalent, while Recognition is a flexible acknowledgment of design-focused content within broader courses below UK Level 6 or equivalent.

Is student membership available to those enrolled in an endorsed course?
Yes, students on CSD-endorsed courses have free e-membership for the whole of their course if registered before their final year. They are also eligible for automatic upgrade to Associate Membership (Assoc,CSD) and can benefit from exemptions on their CSD membership pathway.

How long does the accreditation process take?
The process typically takes 3–9 months depending on the completeness of the submission and scheduling of reviews or visits.
