Designer Select lists professional designers who have qualified to become Members (MCSD) or Fellows (FCSD) of the Chartered Society of Designers and have chosen to display details of themselves and their work.

Registered users can search for a designer in any specific design discipline and in any part of the UK or overseas.

The listing shows the discipline in which the member has entered the Society, a profile of them and their work, including clients, awards, etc., and their accumulated CPD points. All members are advised to undertake professional training and to achieve 100 points each year.

All members of the Society sign up to and are expected to operate to a Code of Conduct.

Equally, the Society expects those clients engaging its members to carry out design services to respect their professionalism and refrain from seeking 'Free' or 'Speculative' design work at any stage.

If anyone requesting such work is reported to the Society, they will be barred from accessing Designer Select.
