After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Interior Design from Huddersfield, Tom began working for a furniture designer gaining broad professional experience in the retail world. Here he broke out into interior lighting and planning design, until finally going freelance, undertaking projects where he worked through all stages of the design process from concept to completion, including furniture design. For One, Tom studied lighting design based at London’s South Bank University whilst working on an extensive range of projects spanning a range of sectors, and countries, from the design of offices in Portugal and Paris for a large pharmaceutical company, to the total redesign and rebranding of a South African coffee chain to suit the tastes of British consumers. Tom has also worked extensively in the Healthcare sector for many years and has recently completed the interior design of the new £28 million St. Catherine’s Primary Care Centre development in Birkenhead. Tom has worked on projects ranging from a new School of Dental Excellence in association with the University of Birmingham and the NHS to the interior design and branding of a portable hotel system which has the capacity to be deployed within 72hrs of ordering.

Tom is currently working on a number of large scale projects including a new global headquarters for G-Tech, a new European training and production facility for Toyota.
