In keeping with their Code of Conduct, CSD members are obliged to ensure that they are adequately insured with Professional Indemnity (PI) cover.

This cover not only protects designers but also their clients in the event of a legitimate claim.

In conjunction with a leading broker, CSD has developed customised PI Cover for each of the Society's design disciplines. The policies are underwritten by one of the worlds leading PI insurers.

CSD members benefit from preferential rates and payment terms and also receive FREE legal cover of up to £100,000 to defend or claim against a copyright breach.

Advisers are also on hand to offer FREE advice and consultation on any PI issues designers may have.
