E-Portfolio Survey
In April 2007, The Chartered Society of Designers was approached by The University of Cumbria to see if it could help them to understand the connections between employers and prospective employees.
The project, also in conjunction with the Skill Sector Councils deals with the subject of e-portfolios and is now available online.
The main research areas are:
- What are a company’s priorities when recruiting a new team member;
- What attributes are valued;
- How much time is taken finding the right person for the job;
- Is Higher Education doing enough to meet the needs of industry when it comes to the supply of graduates.
