Construction (Design and Management) Regulations  (CDM 2007)
 
The new Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (CDM 2007) came into force on the 6th April 2007.

Keeping up to speed with current legislation affecting your field of practice is expected as part of your Professional Practice and ongoing CPD.

It is of course vitally important that you are aware of such regulations not only to protect yourself but also the interests of your client and the public in general.
