Ailsa was awarded the CSD Student Medal and a cheque for £1,000. In addition, her BA (Hons) course was presented with a wall plaque to acknowledge her work.

Winning Project: Kress Exhibition Trade Stand

The main aim of the design was to portray Kress as a strong and exciting company.

This was expresssed by using bold, minimal shapes within the structural aspects of the stand and reinforced by encouraging audience participation in the product demonstration areas.
