On joining, every member is allocated to a Regional Group. These groups organise events, visits, talks and meetings to which all members have access.
The regional boundaries are in keeping with those of the various Regional Development Agencies, facilitating easy links with business and education.
Each region has a committee, which in turn organises networking events for members and acts as a conduit for national initiatives. Within each region there are often Focal Groups that also meet and organise networking events.
